2. EAT HEALTHY SNACKS

One thing bad about smoking is that it will dim away your sense for other smells and tastes due to being occupied by tobacco smell. In order to counteract the works of tobacco, smoking, it is a good idea to begin accustoming yourself with eating healthy snacks. Look for healthy snack recipes online and begin with them right away. That is a healthy habit that can grab much of your attention.

3. EXERCISE
Exercising is a basically way better than smoking. It will get your attention and time, so you may to smoke less. Other than that, exercising makes you sweat out the bad elements inside your body. Keep in mind that your sweating is an act of your body to excrete some of its wastes out.

4. OWN A DIG AND TRAIN IT

You can find so many people who find it so impossible to give up smoking. But there can be a lot of things around that can get your attention from smoking. One example is training a dog. When you train a dog, you will devote much of your time for it. And with each time that you train, you are likely to get to yourself the feeling like you want to do it always.

5. VAPING IS A SAFER WAY
